Alf is the back section demountable?
It looks as though it might be a simulator of some kind and the name "Pathe-Marconi" seems to suggest possibly a music theatre. That and the music notes on the front and lines down the side.

A bit of internet research:
This is a publicity truck designed by Philippe Charbonneau and built by Jean Antem for Pathe Marconi to display TV and radio products. It has a lift that elevates above the roof of the trailer forming a stage.
The truck, based on a Panhard with Titan trailer was shown at the Paris Salon in 1952.
Philippe Charbonneau was an independant designer and a major force in Renault car design amongst others.

No no! It's a Truck and Trailer and vintage European, like 1960s
