I have seen another photo of this which says it is a "Blue Bird". Can that be right?
Majestic Tours used to use Dawlish Coaches before they went bust and the number of this, H2DWC, suggests this might be one of their buses.

Definitely not a Blue Bird as they make American schoolbuses - this is a Jonckheere-bodied Volvo B10M. It might be operated by Bluebird of Weymouth though.
