The hosting costs of websites on this system have historically been covered by advertising. However changes in the way people use the internet, including ad-blocking mean that the revenues no longer cover the expenses. A colourful line up at Stockton on Tees depot shortly after the Stagecoach takeover in 1997/8.
The yellow double decker at the end of the line up is a former Busways (Tyne and Wear PTE)Leyland Atlantean transferred from Byker depot (in Newcastle)in preparation for further transfer to the then new operations at Darlington.
The Stagecoach liveried vehicle is a Leyland Fleetline followed by two withdrawn Dennis Dominators are native Cleveland Transit vehicle, and finally, the maroon and blue Atlantean is the former Ferry Bus from the Kingston upon Hull fleet and which was stored here for quite some time after its withdrawal. All gone now!
